Towards more transversality between teams
The Damartex group, which has a dozen sites and subsidiaries in Europe, had to solve the following equation: how spread a common culture and values within the group, while respecting the specificities of each brand across Europe? But how do you get to interconnect its teams instantly to each other in order to create transversality ? Indeed, structures and subsidiaries are sometimes separated by several hundred kilometers.
With the aim of deploying a communication strategy harmonized, easy to deploy, and to bring to life, here is the story of the deployment ofdigital signage for internal communication at Damartex.
Damartex opts for digital signage by Cenareo
Damartex logically called on Cenareo to disseminate its internal communication and convey a dynamic brand image to all its employees. He opted for dynamic signage: 35 screens have been deployed on twelve sites.
The HR and IT communication managers at each site add their own content and update it in real time through a responsive and flexible display system. The content is simply integrated from a management platform accessible from any computer or tablet by the screen administrator, then distributed according to specific criteria: is it raining? Preventive messages are transmitted. The state of road traffic is visualized during peak hours, etc.
Guillaume Galasso, Operations Manager, Damartex Group
Corporate culture is shared on screens
Cenareo players are Plug and Play and sent by La Poste. Once received, simply connect them to the screens to function. Then, the solution allows each subsidiary and the group to broadcast any media format.

La video is the solution's preferred medium, but it also supports PDF, images, power points. The group can also benefit from customizable models online. In addition, each subsidiary has control over its own communication : the content is sectorized and everyone can broadcast what they want on their own channel. Only executive assistants, internal communication teams and IT can broadcast, with a system of user rights. The head office keeps control of the entire network.
A constant screenplay
Thanks to these dynamic panels present in reception areas, cafeterias and others workspaces jointly, the company scripted its internal communication. Or to present the new collection from a group brand to all its subsidiaries, to communicate the life of brands between its structures or to indicate the status of traffic.
This well-integrated solution is appreciated by employees who see it as an element informative first-rate natural ability to unite teams. The information disseminated has high added value: announcement of common objectives by management, communication of events by the works council, etc.
Today, the solution is deployed on all Damartex sites in germany, in england, in belgium And in france.
