To transform the music industry and create new synergies around the world, it is necessary for Believe to make the commitment of its teams a priority. To do this, the group is developing transparent and innovative internal communication based on a passion for music and diversity. Thus, Cenareo makes it possible to control around twenty screens at the Paris headquarters, called Konect, a first key step intended to generate engaging communication for the site's 500 employees.
For Believe's internal communication department, Communication screens are a real relay of information and a vector of engagement within the Paris offices. Spread over the 6 floors of the building and in the cafeterias, horizontal and vertical screens inform employees and visitors through a media perfectly in line with their DNA and their market: digital, attractive and dynamic, making the most of their core business.
A lot of information is disseminated and updated every week by the internal communication team:
- The artists' playlists distributed by Believe with a QR code to listen to them directly on your smartphone
- Excerpts from the latest clips and releases by Believe artists to encourage the teams to consult them on the Intranet
- The various internal and external events of the company (breakfasts, conferences, afterwork, special days...)
- Believe's LinkedIn and Instagram community followers and posts to encourage employees to subscribe and interact.

Believe chose Cenareo for its ergonomics and its speed of commissioning and use
The main selection criterion for Charlotte Garin, Global Internal Comm. Senior Lead was the ease of use, ergonomics and flexibility offered by the Cenareo solution. Unlike their old solution, Cenareo allows Believe to simply manage all media formats and resolutions and to broadcast content on the right screens at the right times thanks to the numerous distribution criteria and its integrated intelligent algorithm.
In less than a week after our GO, all the screens in our Konect headquarters were equipped with the new solution and functional. It took less than two hours for my team to get started with the tool and broadcast impactful communication campaigns to our 500 employees.
