Strengthening the image of brands across Europe

Already integrated into the new flagship store inaugurated on November 9, 2019 on Rue Halévy, and to a few stores in the network, the Cenareo solution will be deployed on all new store openings for the Etam and Undiz brands in Europe. As a reminder, Etam Group is 1,429 points of sale in 55 countries.

This new key partnership is thus part of the strategy announced by the ETAM group to strengthen, across Europe, the image of its brands, which are already pioneers in Phygital in the retail world.

Great stories to tell

With committed communication campaigns and engaging for their customers, and innovations like the Etam Connect loyalty program, the group has no shortage of great stories to share. Cenareo gives these 2 brands the power to create an infinite number of scenarios to spread these messages on screens in stores and in windows, based on their broadcast context.

With this collaboration we are fully relying on the in-store experience to engage and retain our customers. The solution proposed by Cenareo meets both our needs for easy and rapid deployment across many countries and the needs in the field, i.e. to have a simple to use solution to broadcast content on all screens in the park.

The system put in place

We worked hand in hand with the Etam group and the content creation agency Retail Media.
The particularity of group stores is that each store is equipped with different screen formats, for a seamless integration of digital technology into scenography.
This means that communication campaigns and content must be developed to adapt to each format screen; about one 20s.

While we were able to reassure the group about our ability to support their international deployment, it is also our disruptive business model, like the team, that convinced Etam. Subscribing to the Cenareo management platform allows them to offer a seamless customer experience, a perfect brand coherence between their online and offline communication.
