Tutorial: present your employees on video

Ludiwine, Office Manager at EasyMovie, systematically uses video to present our newcomers. Discover his advice!

  • Our new web developer was a customer advisor for a long time
  • Our intern crossed the Atlantic in a cargo ship
  • One of our sales representatives is a capoeira pro and does a handstand on demand, in the open space

At EasyMovie, we didn't know that before we made videos of all our new hires. Here are three simple format ideas for presenting your employees internally, externally, or both.

1. The “Identity Card” interview

An identity card interview is the simplest interview there is. Ask your speaker about his name, his former job and why he chose to join you. As you will have understood, it is not the most fun format but it gives the essential information.

2. The fun fact special

Add a slightly quirky story about the person. The best way to break the ice and show how you are recruiting unique profiles!

3. The quirky interview

Konbini, The Team, Click, BrutDoesn't that speak to you? You ask cultural questions, you claps, you let loose: it's the most personal and the funniest interview. It allows you to get to know your newcomer better through their cinematographic, musical or literary tastes.

You got it, the important thing is to put the cursor on the tone you decide to adopt. There is also a trade-off to be made concerning your employees: choose the format that best suits them based on their date of arrival at the company, their character, and the place where you intend to broadcast this content.
