Triumph Motorcycles is an iconic motorcycle brand, recognized for its heritage, design and premium positioning. Each dealership is a sanctuary dedicated to heritage, performance and experience that is both coherent and immersive. Maintaining this visual excellence throughout France is a colossal logistical challenge. Eric Pecoraro, Marketing and Communication Director at Triumph France, took up this challenge by replacing manual obsolescence with the power of Cenareo's digital retail signage.
The agony of the USB key: when the operational limits marketing
Before Cenareo, the Triumph network suffered from a common retail problem: “USB stick friction”. To update a screen, you had to rely on the availability of in-store teams. Result? Screens that are sometimes off, quirky content and a fragmented brand image.
“In the intense pace of dealership activity, this system quickly proved difficult to maintain,” says Eric Pecoraro. For a brand that sells dreams and precision, a black screen is not an option.
The Plug & Play Revolution: Centralize to Reign Better
The switch to Cenareo's digital signage solution has transformed 66 points of sale into a coherent and instantaneous medium. Several criteria guided the choice towards Cenareo, a solution natively designed for media content management. The priority was to have a stable and robust solution capable of centralizing content management across the entire network. With 88 screens controlled from headquarters, marketing has regained control of the narration.
The installation? Child's play. Despite a small team at headquarters, the deployment was smooth thanks to Plug & Play operation. For headquarters teams as well as for dealerships, this is precious time saved and the assurance of content updated automatically and distributed without any manipulation.
The screen as a sales accelerator
The major benefit is not only in saving time, but incustomer interest. Digital signage at Triumph doesn't just show images; it creates immersion.
- Real-time responsiveness: New products and models are displayed simultaneously everywhere in France.
- Emotional commitment: Lifestyle videos capture the visitor's attention, reduce the perception of waiting, and set the stage for sales consultants.
- Sales support: The screen becomes an educational support to detail the premium finishes of the machines.
The alliance of technology and people
Beyond the software, it is the support that has sealed these six years of collaboration. The intervention of Antoine, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, made it possible to reassure the network and to build relationships of trust. This human proximity is the driving force that now allows Triumph to consider expanding the system.
Six years of collaboration and concrete impacts
After six years of collaboration with Cenareo, three major impacts have been identified.
The first relates to network satisfaction. It is now at 100%, with no negative feedback from dealerships. For a premium brand like Triumph, maintaining a quality relationship with its network is essential, and the solution clearly contributes to this goal.
The second impact is linked to the homogeneous distribution of content across all dealerships. Videos and product news are always updated and visible everywhere. As the screens are permanently connected, teams can intervene quickly if necessary, thus guaranteeing coherent and controlled communication at the national level.
Dealers only need to make sure their screens are on: the content arrives automatically, is updated, and delivered without manipulation on their part.” Eric Pecoraro, Marketing and Communication Director of Triumph France.
Finally, digital signage reinforces the customer experience in dealerships. News, video content and important information are broadcast in real time, which creates more interest among visitors and effectively supports the work of sales teams.
The success of the project is already opening up new prospects for expansion, with deployment planned in Switzerland and then in the Benelux region.
