How to achieve simple, effective and cinematic transitions, even (and especially) when you are an amateur?
If you want to make progress in shooting, you should know that YouTuber Darius Britt, aka D4Darius, has specialized in cases like yours. At the beginning of the year, the young man distinguished himself with a fun video, which explained how to compose an image using only Outtakes by Will Smith. This time, it tackles the transitions between each shot and gives, in less than three minutes, an overview of what you can do to energize your images before even going through the editing boxes and the graphic skin. 1) Feel free to use several transition techniques in the same video, or even mix them.
2) Plan your shots well.
This type of transition is an integral part of shooting; it cannot be added in post-production.
3) And the last - common sense: the more you practice these techniques, the more natural they will be.
